We offer training of senior staff and managers to effectively deal with issues such as disciplinary and grievance procedures and discrimination policies.

What Our Services Include

HR support from JDS HR is available by telephone and email, and the service can also include on-site support.

JDS HR can help you to design and implement HR strategies and coach line managers.

HR guidance, template letters and forms are all supplied as part of the service and we can work with you to create company handbooks and other correspondence.

Normally when we talk to you about your requirements, a package will be agreed to include the level of support that fits to your business and budget requirements.

You will pay a fixed annual cost for the service.

Should further levels of service outside the agreed package subsequently be required, this can be provided very competitively on a pay-as-you-go basis.

The service is renewable after 12 months, when it can be reviewed.
